is committed to providing you with high-quality back packs, duffles and
lifestyle accessories built to last a lifetime. Every item we make is fully
guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the
product.
Our guarantee applies when the product has been used for the
purpose intended and under normal conditions. Replacement necessitated by normal
wear and tear, accident, improper care or use, negligence, or natural breakdown
of colors and materials over extended time and use, is not covered under our
guarantee. Any repairs, modifications and alterations done by someone other than
Outdoor Products® will void the Lifetime Guarantee. The Lifetime Guarantee does
not include coverage for personal belongings that have been stored in Outdoor
Products® packs or accessories. Expensive and sensitive electronic or optical
equipment and other incidental and consequential losses are excluded from the
Lifetime Guarantee. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental and
consequential damages, so this exclusion might not apply to you.
Depending on store policy, we suggest you first try and return your item to the
store you purchased from for replacement. We do not make repairs and we do not
send replacement parts except for bite valves. Do not return items with
embroidery or silk screen, or items of sentimental value, unless you are willing
to accept replacement. If your item is an older model or color, and has been
discontinued or is no longer in stock, we will do our best to replace with
comparable item and color. Outdoor Products® will replace any item that has been
proven defective to the original owner.

All Shipping must be prepaid and insured. The Outdoor Products® will not
be liable for inbound packages. Please allow five to ten working days for

Lifetime Guarantee FAQ

What does "Lifetime" mean?
Outdoor Products® covers all products for as long as the original
owner/purchaser keeps the bag. Repairs necessitated by normal wear
and tear, accident, improper care or use, negligence, or natural breakdown
of colors and materials over extended time and use, are not covered
under our guarantee.
Does the "Lifetime Guarantee" cover personal belongings that have been
stored in Outdoor Products packs or accessories?
Personal items that have sustained damage while stored in a Outdoor
Products® pack or accessory are not covered under the "Lifetime
Guarantee". Common sense should be exercised in storing expensive
and sensitive electronic or optical equipment in backpacks and bags
that are not manufactured specifically for that purpose.
Are rips and tears covered under the "Lifetime Guarantee"?
Any rip or tear that is caused by pack or accessory defect is covered
under the "Lifetime Guarantee", however, if rips and tears are due
to accident, improper care, negligence or natural breakdown of colors
and materials over extended time and use, Outdoor Products® will
not repair or replace free of charge. The determination of whether
a rip or tear is due to defective workmanship or materials, or due
to accident, improper care, negligent use or natural breakdown of
product will be made at Outdoor Products® sole discretion.
Is normal wear and tear covered under the "Lifetime Guarantee"?
Outdoor Products® designs and manufactures every product with
exceptional attention to detail and quality. However, no matter how
carefully one uses our product it is still subject to normal wear
over time and with repetitive use. Even though Outdoor Products®
guarantees each of their products from defects for a lifetime, they
do not include coverage for normal wear and tear.
