The Outdoor Recreation Group will repair or replace (at our option) any product that has been proven defective to the original owner. Our guarantee applies when the product has been used for the purpose intended and under normal conditions. Repairs necessitated by normal wear and tear, accident, improper care or use, negligence, or natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, are not covered under our guarantee. Any repairs, modifications and alterations done by someone other than The Outdoor Recreation Group will void the Lifetime Guarantee. The Lifetime Guarantee does not include coverage for personal belongings that have been stored in Outdoor Products® packs or accessories. Also other incidental and consequential losses are excluded from Lifetime Guarantee. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental and consequential damages, so this exclusion might not apply to you.
